Analytics — only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and collects usage data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Purpose: understanding which content works. Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Until you accept, no Google request is made and no analytics cookie exists. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC (US) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is retained up to 14 months.

Booking a call (Cal.com). The scheduler on the booking page loads only when you choose to open it. When you book, your name, email address, chosen time and any notes you add are processed by Cal.com, Inc. (US, EU–US Data Privacy Framework) as processor, and by me to hold the call. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Booking details are kept as long as needed for our correspondence and any engagement.

Direct contact. If you email or call, your contact details are used only to reply and handle your matter. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.

Hosting. The site is served by Vercel Inc.; like practically all web servers, its logs may briefly include your IP address for security and operations. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Functional storage. The site stores a few small flags in your browser (intro animation seen, page-transition state, your cookie choice). They contain no personal data, are never sent anywhere, and as strictly necessary storage they require no consent.

No advertising trackers, no sale of data, no profiling, no data sharing beyond the processors named above (Google, Cal.com, Vercel). Fonts and media are served from this site’s own domain — no third-party font or CDN requests.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability — and withdraw your consent at any time (footer → “Cookie settings”). Email pamir@sunbaypictures.com and I’ll respond without undue delay.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Belgium the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), or in Finland the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
