What does it cost?
Short-Form Programs start at €1,500/month for four videos (€2,500/month for eight). Single-day film productions from €2,500 — larger and multi-week productions are scoped in one call. No retainer needed to start.
We already have a communications team. Where do you fit?
Alongside it. I bring the production capability and the formats that reach under-35s — most of my clients already have in-house comms.
How fast is delivery?
Short-form videos: publish-ready within days, not weeks. Cinematic productions are usually ready within 7–14 days of filming.
Can you shoot in Finnish, English and French?
Yes — I work in all three, including interviews. As far as I know, I’m the only Finnish-speaking video producer based in Brussels — one production covers your Finnish leadership, Brussels stakeholders and international audience without a second crew.
Do you work with Finnish organisations in Brussels?
Yes — I’m a Finnish videographer and producer based in the EU Quarter, and Finnish organisations and delegations are a core part of my client base, including the Finnish S&D delegation in the European Parliament.
What does a Cinematic Production look like?
Typically: a planning call, a shooting plan, one or more shoot days (interviews plus b-roll), then edit, grade and delivery. A single-day executive interview production and a multi-week documentary follow the same disciplined process at different scales.
Who owns the material?
You do. Full usage rights to all delivered files, always.
Can you work within our visual guidelines?
Yes — I’ve produced inside brand, party and European Parliament guidelines. Brand rules are a starting point, not an obstacle.
How do you handle data protection and compliance?
GDPR-compliant from consent forms to file handling, across every delivery.
Do you work across the political spectrum?
Yes. Production is non-partisan and guidelines-driven — the message stays the client’s, I bring the craft and the systems.
Is procurement complicated?
No. One EU-based vendor, one invoice, transparent pricing. For public-sector buyers: scoped to fit direct-award procedures, no framework contract needed.
